At Preshay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that our perfumes are delivered in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of our products, certain return and refund conditions apply.


1. Returns

  • Unopened & Unused Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with seals intact.
  • Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.
